My mom was a Tri Delt at Pitt in the eighties and wouldn't fill out a legacy introduction form because she didn't want them to know. She said that there was so much pressure to win everything as far as raising money that it made the sisters' lives miserable. I care as much about philanthropy as anyone but I'm certainly not interested in standing on the sidewalk with a can begging for coins!

I'm glad others are finally coming out about the sham of a sisterhood that Tri Delta at Pitt really is. They are generally rude to anyone that isn't associated in Panhellenic Greek Life. I'd suggest looking elsewhere if you are looking for genuine companionship and sisterhood.
