As long as they have enough hot girls who like to party, they'll stay number one. It's not always about who raises the most money or who is the most invisible around campus. Sometimes it's about who fills out their Daisy Dukes the best. Those trying to put them in middle or low tier, need to spend more time actually interacting with sorority woman, not drooling at them from across the street.
