Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 5.0 I don't see why these girls would have to self-rank. They have looks, personality, a great pledge class, a strong sisterhood, they seen around a lot. It's a big campus, people (like me) see these things and rank accordingly. The posters below this who ranked DZ as "bottom tier" have totally any thrown away any credibility they may have had because no matter what you think of them, everybody knows that DZ is top tier. This makes you sound bitter and somewhat deluded. Sorry.

Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 1.0 I really like alot of the girls in this sorority, but the self-ranking is insane. If you were the best sorority you wouldn't care to write it all over here. Good job you got a pledge class, Tri Delts wasn't as good as usual, don't for a second think that makes you better than them. And honestly, you're on national probation so if the Tri Delts were as classless as you they could've very easily told all the PNMs that, and they didn't.

Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 4.8 did an incredible job at recruitment- all PNMs had nothing but good things to say about the sisters of DZ, they got great new members which was very well deserved. they also kept it very classy at bid day despite tri delts literally attacking them. way to be the better people and making them look bad

Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 5.0 I have a question, if I went to prefs at DZ that pretty much means they wanted me right? But by the time they got to my name of the list the sorority I am in got me first? So, if I would de-pledge here or whatever it's called would I have a foot in the door when DZ does winter rush? I would be willing to be not-greek for a semester to end up where I really want to be.

after pref every sorority ranks their girls 1 to however many they had at pref

you didn't not get DZ because some other sorority swooped in and took you. It's your choice first for this process so you wanted DZ, but if they didn't rank you high enough that they could extend you a bid. so then the people in charge consider your second choice and they did offer you a bid. drop if you want, but consider that a group of girls clearly thinks you rock because they offered you a chance to be their sister and that by being closed minded you might miss out on an amazing greek life experience and lifelong friends
