Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 2.2 As someone who went through 2024 rush, i got mixed vibes. I felt like their Recruitment chair was pushy and the girls in recruitment didn’t seems to have a lot of fun in conversation. This is coming from someone who got called back multiple rounds to the “ good sororities “ like Tri Delt, Tri Sig, Chi o, and SDT. I don’t see sisterhood as a big component and they do too many snap bids. I get off vibes and i’m glad i went where i went. Lots of self ranking too btw.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 3.2 As someone who is thinking very seriously about dropping dphie next semester, I can confirm almost all of the comments made about this house recently. Our sisterhood is struggling in more ways than one. And while that is a hard thing to grapple with, I know that our chapter’s leadership is trying to mend the holes they’ve created. They just can’t sincerely listen to the concerns of sisters. If they’re successful is something that only time can tell. But morale is low for sure. yits i guess.

Our L team told us at chapter to stray from Greek Rank commenting but since it's the only way they will notice their sisters' concerns, I guess I have no other option. I'll admit, this sorority was and has been amazing...until this year. The current L team is in their own little world and threatens to fine us or send us to standards if we do not abide by their ways. The irony is they do not care about us growing as leaders or sisters, but are just trying to meet their quotas while we get blindsided and stay out of the loop until it's too late. They have thrown the sisterhood aspect out the window and the other members are starting to catch on. As a result, nobody wants to participate in events or go to mixers and would rather stick with their friends they know will actually have their backs. If L team would start acting as members of a sorority and not a middle school clique, maybe our chapter would not be heading downhill so fast.
