They're never going to be top tier, so they should re focus on what they were good at which was getting nice, smart girls. The house is honestly a bit of a mess at the moment, they aren't the solid group they used to be. They have some work to do

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 4.0 umm these girls are really nice. while some of the older girls were arrogant, most of them have graduated. they had one of the biggest pledge classes this fall so I don't think recruitment is going too horribly.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 2.8 When I was a freshman in 2010 these girls were the worst. Incredibly arrogant when they had no reason to be. No girl wanted to join and no guy wanted to be with them. Literally the worst sorority on campus! Since then they have slowly moved forward making improvements. Hopefully the next couple recruiting classes will be better than the horrible members of the earlier classes.
