Ranks shouldn’t shift unless major changes

Realistically every year will be the same unless something drastic happens.

Last year Elmo getting the worst pc ever should be considered a 4-5 place drop

Snu suspension nonsense should be 1-2 drop

Phi psi should move up 1-2 after last year

Fiji getting letters after a hundred years of false promises might move them up 2-3
