Incoming first year rush

At UVA frat rush is pretentious. There is only spring rush so you get 1 chance to get a bid at a top house. The top houses at UVA know who they are bidding before regular rush because of dirty rush in the fall.

Where to dirty rush, prioritize.

Tier 1: 100% need dirty rush for bid:
DKE: northeast, money, decent parties, kinda douchey, but #1 right now
Zete: dke but not so great parties, and southern but exceptional connects and relations
Hall: good all around, not exceptional at anything but great option
Phi psi: best parties and production on grounds, not as great relations as the above 3 because they are new to being at the top rising in rankings

Tier 2: you should dirty rush for DoorList and other stuff, but if you are normal can show up for rush and get a bid
SAE: all snap bids from above 4 houses, but decent guys, good relations, great darties
Elmo: they will bid so many kids because they just got the worst PC of all time
Sig chi: fun, cool dudes, bad location, dirty rush-yes, need to-no

Anywhere else a bid is given for showing up
