Fraternities

DKE/Zete/Hall/Elmo
These are all rich fraternities with their own niche. Find which one fits you and try to rush them as hard as possible. You'll find out soon if they fw heavy enough to get a bid there so don't waste time if they don't want you.

Phi Psi/SAE/Sig Chi
Similar niches except not as good reputation. still great picks overall though. Still relatively difficult to get a bid.

Ksig/Chi Phi/Snu/Fiji
Significantly easier to get a bid here especially if you dirty rush and spend your time correctly during spring rush. All solid options you'll have fun at these places

DU/Beta/Sammy/KA/OX
This is what people generally consider the cutoff. After this quality goes down significantly. These houses mostly mix with mid and upper mid sororities maybe getting a few of the top every now and then. You still need to dirty rush a little to get a bid here.


Sororities

Theta/Kappa/Tridelt
These are the houses every one tries to go to. Not as attractive as SEC schools but generally the more attractive rich girls rush here

Aphi/Pi Phi
Lowkey Aphi falling after 2yrs of bricks but they're still better than everyone below them. You will only get a bid here if you are insanely bubbly and talkative

DG/Zeta/DZ
Easier to get a bid this is considered like uppermid. Attractive girls are guaranteed a bid here you don't even need to speak.

XO/AXO
Mid houses, AXO is starting to fall after some interesting bids having a very prominent voice. Extremely easy to get a bid here, these are the fall back options. XO is also extremely underrated, they're just more reserved, but very attractive girls.
