Srat rankings with descriptions for first years

1) Theta. Richy rich rich. Need a big boat to qualify for even the second round of rush. Old money north
2) Kappa. Old money south. Plantation families, Rva elite and anything south of that.
3) Tri delt. Still very wealthy but not as connections based. Very atttactive stylish girls.
4) Aphi. Party girl niche, typically drops from the top three for unknown reasons. Somewhat must be good looking though those standards are lax.
5) Pi phi. More alt/worldly than the top four, had fallen off in past years and typically more diverse. Normal girls start here.
6) DG. start to get more normal girls from this point onward, still wealthy and pretty necessary. Classic high school mean girl niche.
7) Zeta. Much more worldly but still very very put together and fun. Somewhat messier than top houses.
8) Axo. More alt than the top ones, very social. Heavy on the party girl niche, they probably are friendliest with substances and trying things.
9) XO. More socially inept and quiet than Axo, but similar girls. Typically mix well but the girls are a lot more christian and weird
10) Dz. Weird girl niche starts here. Definitely not boring but the girls don’t work well with other girls, older pcs frats used to like, newer pcs have some interesting faces.
11) Sk. Super nice girls, kinda a weirder and even quieter version of xo. Fun to mix with but hit or miss.
12) Adpi. Very outgoing and flamboyant, but a little odd here & there in some corners. Mostly very sweet girls.
13) Kd. Will take just about anyone, but very very nice girls (mostly) and strong sisterhood for sure. Nice, but not the best looking.
