Drop: Elmo, SAE: Elmo slipping after they had the worst rush ever, SAE is the snap bid house of those who got dropped from the 4 above
Sig chi: they get their own tier cuz below the ones above and above the ones below
K sig: also own tier cuz actually a serviceable house
Chi phi Fiji: chi phi has great guys, Fiji has packed 1st year parties
