Guide to UVA Top Houses

For 4/5 of these dirty rush is mandatory, maybe they will take 1-2 guys that slipped thru the cracks and show up for regular rush
1) DKE - mainly northeastern guys, very wealthy backgrounds. Mixes with all the top sororities but mainly Theta, Theta loves them. Good parties all around and reputation as well, exclusive.
2) Zete - kind of like the southern DKE. They have great Kappa relations instead, and also mix with other sororities. Very wealthy, cool guys if you fit the picture. Only drawback I’d say is pretty bad parties, their parties are lights on talking to people kind.
3) Phi Psi - I’d put them one above hall because their last 2 pcs have been great and these guys throw the hands down best parties at UVA. Any given Friday they’re ripping. While not as great relations with kappa and theta as above, still decent relations with them and tridelt/aphi.
4) Hall - still a very exclusive house but now take bigger pcs with half cool guys and half just odd guys. Still a long standing house of wealth and reputation, but parties are starting to miss. Strong relations with tri delt and the other top sororities.

5) Elmo - I think Elmo will have another bad rush solidifying them as below SAE and maybe even Sig Chi. But for now, assuming they don’t, have decent party setups with not as many girls there anymore because of their new pc. Sorority relations have dropped miserably after the new pc. But still worth checking it out, used to have great things going for them, now it is sorry.
