Relevant Fraternity Ranks
DKE, Hall
These two are essentially on par with each other. DKE has the most wealth at this school and throws very often. They only have Northern kids (NY,CT,NY,Mass,etc) that fit a specific vibe (rich, lax). Some girls find their parties to have a bit of a creepy vibe but generally like them. Bit of a douchey stereotype. Hall is a historic and wealthy fraternity also. They throw some of the most elaborate parties and darties. They used to be the southern fraternity, but now take kids from all around and generally have a few squids in each pc. It is impossible to get a bid at these houses without dirty rush. They both mix with theta/kappa/tridelt/aphi, but theta loves DKE and tridelt loves Hall (these are also the foxfield pairings). Hall is in TILKA and DKE is in both Eli Banana and TILKA.
Zete, Phi Psi, Elmo
All three of these houses are also very wealthy. Zete is the best of this category, however next year they may switch with Phi Psi. They get all of the guys from the actual southern states, and all of them are from private schools (think Woodberry vibe). They mix primarily with kappa (who are also southern). Their parties however suck, and most other sororities do not mix with them as much. Very niche group, impossible to get a bid without dirty rush. Phi Psi has recently risen, and has a more LA vibe. The guys are honestly a little squiddy and random, but girls like them because they are super nice. Definitely a more boyfriend/gay best friend vibe. Solid guys, fantastic parties. Psichedelic is the best party of the year for sure, and it requires an enormous amount of setup. Elmo used to be on par with DKE but DKE stole all of their kids during rush and Elmo ended up snap bidding their whole PC with squids. If rush goes badly again they will be off the social calender. Aspen (their biggest party) was bumping but the rest sucked and girls do NOT like this new PC. Even box party sucked which is supposed to be their other biggest party. All of these frats still mix with theta/kappa/tridelt/aphi, but aphi goes to foxfield with Phi Psi and kappa with Zete. Elmo goes with no sorority. Also, Elmo and Phi Psi have brutal hazing. Zete is in Eli Banana and Elmo is in TILKA.
SAE
They have their own tier because the below houses are not better, but SAE is not a top house. SAE has a very specific group of guys that they dirty rush - the guys they dirty rush do not generally also rush the houses above. This year they had a very random PC which they snap bidded around half of. Girls like the guys here, definitely more of a “best friend” vibe though. Again, pretty random guys that are northern but like to act southern. They have a location on madbowl which is what carries them. They have good darties because of their location and because they let anyone in. Their late nights suck because girls prefer to go to other houses at night. They are also not in any secret societies. They mix with theta/kappa/tridelt/aphi/piphi/dg, but dg and pi phi the most.
Sig Chi, Kappa Sig
These two are more or less on par with each other. Sig Chi is very northern, and embraces that vibe. Girls liked them significantly more before one of their brothers beat his girlfriend up, sending her to the hospital. This is likely to affect them in rush next year. However, their house is insanely big, to the point where they have a section for parties and a section for living. It is a pain to get there though, as it is very far away. This also gives

This also gives an advantage for kids who did not dirty rush, as they can spend most of their time at Sig Chi because it is the only house north of Beta Bridge. Good parties, but they do not throw that often and honestly I don’t know many of the kids in Sig Chi - some of the kids are pretty squiddy/random. Good looking guys though. Kappa Sig is historically southern, but recently they have taken more northern kids than usual. A lot of private school kids, many Richmond kids. Similar vibe to Zete, but more laid-back. They do not throw that often but the parties are solid and girls seem to like the guys a lot. However, they are not back on campus until next year. They constantly seem to get kicked off - it seems like they cannot get away from trouble. Rush next year will affect how they end up. Good social calender, but very uncertain house. Also in Eli Banana. Sig Chi takes DG to foxfield, Kappa Sig takes Pi Phi. Both equal level sororities. They both mix with theta/kappa/tridelt/aphi/piphi/dg, but sig chi with dg and aphi the most and kappa sig with kappa and piphi.
Chi Phi, Beta, Snu, Fiji.
All fairly similar fraternities. Chi Phi > Beta > Snu > Fiji, but the three are pretty equal. Girls like Beta a lot and their mixers are always packed. Fiji has a location on madbowl so they have packed darties and they doorlist most sororities for their parties so those are also packed. However, second semester fiji parties get significantly worse when the first years stop going. All of these houses have either nova or northern kids. Not amazing relations with the top sororities, Chi Phi mixes with DG a lot though so they have that. Girls also like SNU a lot, and they have an awesome house. SNU could definitely be on the rise. A lot of cool guys, and they beat the case. These houses (mostly chi phi) also tend to cross-rush with Sig Chi, but no one chooses any of these over Sig Chi. All solid options, not many connections but decent parties (fiji being the best party-wise, chi phi being the best brotherhood-wise). Chi Phi also has brutal hazing and it seems like they brainwash their kids. All mix mostly with piphi/dg/zeta/dz/chio. Snu takes zeta to foxfield, Chi Phi takes no one, beta takes Chi O, fiji takes DZ.
The rest of the houses are irrelevant - not because they are neccesarily bad, but because they cannot fill their parties or mixers.

Sororities - brief rank and description
Theta, Tridelt, Kappa
Theta is rich and northern and very attractive, tridelt is all around and very attractive (less wealthy), Kappa is rich and southern, but not the most attractive. All are in Thursdays (secret society for girls, doesn’t mean much).
Aphi
More generic group of pretty girls who couldn’t go to the top three or werent niche enough to go to the two below. Looks-based, tends to have a reputation of getting around.
Pi Phi, DG
Pi Phi and DG both have their own specific niches, girls in these sororities usually preffed them. Good houses, but they don’t get dke/hall/zete/elmo doorlist. Pi Phi is also in Thursdays.
DZ, Zeta, Chi O
Some great girls, some not the best. All three of these sororitues have a lot of girls drop. Chi O is fairly religious. Great relations with the last frat category.

u are wrong. neither get zete, both get phi psi except they limit both to 50 ppl for psichedelic.

DG gets zete sometimes and phi psi always. Pi phi doesn’t get either
