This also gives an advantage for kids who did not dirty rush, as they can spend most of their time at Sig Chi because it is the only house north of Beta Bridge. Good parties, but they do not throw that often and honestly I don’t know many of the kids in Sig Chi - some of the kids are pretty squiddy/random. Good looking guys though. Kappa Sig is historically southern, but recently they have taken more northern kids than usual. A lot of private school kids, many Richmond kids. Similar vibe to Zete, but more laid-back. They do not throw that often but the parties are solid and girls seem to like the guys a lot. However, they are not back on campus until next year. They constantly seem to get kicked off - it seems like they cannot get away from trouble. Rush next year will affect how they end up. Good social calender, but very uncertain house. Also in Eli Banana. Sig Chi takes DG to foxfield, Kappa Sig takes Pi Phi. Both equal level sororities. They both mix with theta/kappa/tridelt/aphi/piphi/dg, but sig chi with dg and aphi the most and kappa sig with kappa and piphi. Chi Phi, Beta, Snu, Fiji. All fairly similar fraternities. Chi Phi > Beta > Snu > Fiji, but the three are pretty equal. Girls like Beta a lot and their mixers are always packed. Fiji has a location on madbowl so they have packed darties and they doorlist most sororities for their parties so those are also packed. However, second semester fiji parties get significantly worse when the first years stop going. All of these houses have either nova or northern kids. Not amazing relations with the top sororities, Chi Phi mixes with DG a lot though so they have that. Girls also like SNU a lot, and they have an awesome house. SNU could definitely be on the rise. A lot of cool guys, and they beat the case. These houses (mostly chi phi) also tend to cross-rush with Sig Chi, but no one chooses any of these over Sig Chi. All solid options, not many connections but decent parties (fiji being the best party-wise, chi phi being the best brotherhood-wise). Chi Phi also has brutal hazing and it seems like they brainwash their kids. All mix mostly with piphi/dg/zeta/dz/chio. Snu takes zeta to foxfield, Chi Phi takes no one, beta takes Chi O, fiji takes DZ. The rest of the houses are irrelevant - not because they are neccesarily bad, but because they cannot fill their parties or mixers.
