Frat Rankings 2026 with Reasons

DKE - Best PC this year. Best Theta relations. Their parties are mediocre with great darties. They are cool dudes, but can get douchey.

Zete- Good PC. Insane Kappa relations. Their parties are pretty horrible. They take the best Southern kids every year.

Phi Psi - Good PC. Pretty good sorority relations, but not insane. Undisputed best parties with the best setup. Some randoms in the third- and fourth-year PCs, but overall should be in this rank. The only thing holding them back is the fact that they aren't in the Social Calendar.

Hall - Mid PC. Similar sorority relations to Phi Psi. Parties can be good, but once in a blue moon. The only thing keeping them in this rank is their name and Social Calendar.

Elmo - Worst PC this university has seen in a while. Used to be the number one house, so older guys still have good relations with sororities. Their parties can still be good, but only the big ones or the ones they throw with other frats. They spam 2 by 2s. Still in Social Calendar.


SAE - Mid PC. Some cool dudes, some snap bids. They have good sorority relations for what they are, but they cannot throw parties. Great Darties, on par with DKE, Hall, and Phi Psi.
