Sounds like you did not have a lot of things they could ask you so they made up silly questions. I don't know of anyone who rushed that got questions like that at any sorority.

Are you in KD? Because actually all the girls in my Pi Chi group got asked those questions or similar ones. It doesn't seem like it was just me - it seemed more like they wanted to communicate their quirkiness off the bat

During rush they asked me the weirdest questions... "if you were a pair of pants what kind would you be?" "what fruits does your ideal fruit salad have in it?" AKA "are you quirky and weird enough to be here?" We get it, KD. You're strange and wanna keep it that way.

Nice group of girls - but that's about it. They aren't the most attractive, fun, or funniest, and are pretty boring. They don't really mix with fraternities and aren't really fun partiers either. However, they are pretty involved with the UVA community, and some of the nicest girls I've met are in KD!

I belong to a few organizations at UVA and I have been in meetings where KD's have kept sisters out. The reasoning was shallow and quite frankly, it just seems to be because they wanted to be the only KD or they only wanted their friends only. I amsurprised because I alwas thought it was a good sisterhood, but the reality is quite different. It seems very competitive and almost mean.
