pi kapp making a return???

I've heard Pi kapp is coming back to Memphis. Any validation on this?

I heard they might be tearing down the old Pi Kapp house soon so probably not? Only rumors of frats coming to Memphis I've heard of is possibly Kappa Sig, Sigma Nu, and one more but I don't remember the name.

We have three new fraternities coming to University of Memphis in the next three fall semesters and its Phi Dely, Delta Tau Delta, and one more that I can not remember!
