Tier 1 - Theta Chi, Pike
Tier 2- pi kapp
Tier 3 - Kap Sig, phi sig
Tier 4, Sig Chi, Atg
Explanation -
Theta chi throws crazy outdoor rippers and it’s kinda hard to top that. Pike is a close second as their party set up is similar and the house is huge and super nice inside.
Pi kapp is a little lower just due to the lack of outdoor parties they throw but still the space is solid.
KAP Sig has a solid space but the inability to throw outdoors is not ideal. Phi Sig is a bit behind them just because they have a worse space than KAP Sig but also cannot throw outdoors which makes the parties not very fun. Sig chi is a tier below as their indoors are awful but the outdoor space is fine. ATG would be higher but the small chapter and brothers make them not throw often. Good dartys
