Pre Rush Fall ‘25 Rankings

Top: (Interchangeable):

Phi Sig, Pi Kapp, Theta

These guys will pull a large class, will throw massive parties in the first weeks, and will dominate. All three have massive outdoor spaces.

Lower Top:

Kappa Sig, Alpha Sig

Both will have large classes as well, Kappa cannot throw outside which nerfs them during the fall, and Alpha Sig has a good house, although will be losing it to Pike within the next year.

Upper Mid:

Pike, Sig Chi, ATG, ZBT

Pike in the running to get their house back within the next year, which will draw in a large class of freshman who could have a lettered house by sophomore year. Sig Chi the best non lettered fraternity, mixing with SDT a lot, and prime loc. ATG underrated, having a lettered house but doesn’t pull a lot of new members due to it being niche. ZBT throws GOOD outdoors, sometimes the butt end of jokes, but will pull a decent class.

Middle: TKE, DCHI

TKE losing influence, but a solid group of guys, they have potential to bounce back, and I hope they do. DCHI is stagnant, but has a prime location- house kinda crowded though. Nice guys.

Bottom: SigEp, AXP, Phi Delt, Dsig

SigEp has some great guys, and a lot of guys on the IFC. They could turn it around honestly, and I hope they do. Their location is their issue, and lack of influence. AXP are amazing dudes, really nice and welcoming, just kinda niche. Phi Delt pretty sure doesn’t even exist anymore, no clue what these dudes do. Dsig just isn’t relevant.
