If you're close with guys and fraternitys ii can bet they have more girl friends in other sorority's and not sigma kappa. overrated, boring, petty and bash on other sorority's on this site. theyll keep admitting they don't but then who do u think will vote this post down and write a positive review after this one,pathetic.

Its funny... sigma kappa basically runs this site and tries to make themselves appear better than they actually are. Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 3.4 Im a girl and I literally walked into an SK mixer at phi sig with a couple of my friends last fall. None of the SK girls even noticed we weren't in their sorority, we were in the bathroom with them and they had no idea. Shows a lot about the sisterhood which is why I wouldnt want to be in SK even though they are "popular"

Obviously no one from a year ago who's a geed would come on this site to write this.... I'm not even in SK but this is just stupid and another sorority trying to make them look bad. Greek life is small at umass everyone knows everyone

Also if it was early in the fall a lot of girls were still new pledges, maybe they didn't know all the upperclassmen yet and all the upperclassmen might not have known all the pledges, making it a common mistake to not notice a random girl at a mixer when the pledge class had 44 girls. After a few weeks though I can guarantee the girls knew you weren't in sk and just didn't want to start drama by calling you out at a mixer. It's not uncommon for a few random people to show up after 11:00 anyway so most sorority girls wouldn't think anything of it.

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 3.6 Generally this sorority has very sweet girls but from what I've seen they tend to hate being in Sigma Kappa. This is because most of the girls are hardos and they have very strict rules. I don't think a lot of girls anticipate how strict this sorority is during recruitment. There's a very big divide between the hardos and the "fun ones" from the outside this sorority looks almost flawless but nothing is the same behind closed doors. A lot of girls I know want nothing to actually do with SK.

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 2.6 So desperate to be on top it's pathetic. They aren't that pretty, their house is okay, and their strict rules make mixing with them not that fun. If they stopped trying so hard, they'd be in a much better place

Less of party animals than sig delt but still have a good time. Top choice for mixers after kappa. Sometime even the number one choice if kappa is acting stuck up.
