The house is a huge asset for them but is not enough to make them top tier just yet

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 3.4 Needs serious reforming. Recruitment was very shaky this past year. The brothers didn't end up with a good rep either. Their house is the only thing keeping them up there, but that won't last long if they don't improve. I would still considering joining if I was rushing.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 3.0 Deff one of the more popular frats but that has a lot to do with location and size. I have found brothers there that dont even know who other brothers are. I like a lot of the juniors and seniors but OX is unfortunately on quite a steep decline with its recent pledge classes.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 4.8 theta chi is definitely moving up there. their pledge classes keep improving and honestly they're just an all around great group of guys. a lot of these brothers are extremely involved on campus and they also throw awesome parties. i feel like they could definitely knock pike out of the #1 spot this semester. keep doing you, boys
