As a female having been to almost every fraternity on campus and speaking with rushes and pledges, this is considered one of the top fraternities on campus simply because they are some of the few to still have a house (thanks to the head of Greek IFC being an alum from Pike supposedly). They aren't friendly to rushes, they consider themselves better than everyone else, and it isolates them from having a genuine connection with people. They care about sports, women, and drinking. If you're into the total frat douche life, join this fraternity. If you want to have a meaningful fraternity experience, I suggest you look elsewhere. I'll still come to the parties, they're fun! But I won't ever go alone, sorry.

Fall rush needs to be a sick class or you guys will for sure fall off. Recruit some savages and let's see what the spring looks like. Still the top frat on campus, though. Theta's house may be cooler but a lot of its guys are huge weirdos. We'll see how this year plays out.
