Graduated a lot of the older weirder brothers, it seems like these guys are going in the right direction & although the Phillips house is small they're a medium fraternity and they keep it that way! I've seen some sneaky smokeshows in there:) least douchey fratty frat out there!

House is tucked away on philips and is extremely cramped and small. Will never go again! Basement is decent if you took the yellow brick road to find the house ( aka the ceiling in the basement is like 6 feet high).

Saw they got chartered congratulations! Like the person below said they've changed a ton, and their new house is almost always fun. They aren't all the most gorgeous, but I will say they had a few of the cutest and most charming boys I've met! We'd love to mix with them again! Hope we match for Greek Week ;)

The brothers are awesome, so friendly and fun. Hard to have parties without a house. Very involved in their philanthropy. In general, great group of guys, and so easy to hangout with. During greek week their brother who did the pushups had a prior shoulder problem and no one else could do the relay, far from DX's fault. Doesn't take away how great they are, truly team players.

Anyone who gives all 5 stars are clearly self ranking, very nerdy fraternity, don't throw parties, and to make it worse one kid couldn't do 20 push ups during Greek week and had to wear a sling

Great guys, all very nice and fun to hang out with. They just need to have more parties, and they'll be all set. Clearly a close group of guys
