These girls are nice and all but i have a feeling they are looking for a certain type of girl to represent their brand which makes sense i guess... I rushed during fall and didn't make it but u now know why.

Sororities have to cut people, because they can't go over a certain amount of people each semester, so they have to select people they think would BEST represent their values (dedication, pride and excellence for example). If you consider someone representing those values a "type of girl" than I guess all sororities do look for a "type of girl" but not just DPhiE.

I am an alum and I have to honestly say that my chapter has gone down. I was sad when I first joined because I didn't get a bid from a chapter I thought I wanted to be in..but then I realized that I was mistaken when I started to get to know the girls in my chapter. Recently I have seen what this chapter has come to and heard awful things from people outside of the chapter. There are a few great girls but its a shame that the sisterhood has suffered...learn to have respect for each other.
