Delta Tau Delta Unofficial Merger with Pi Kappa Phi

In the Spring of 2024 the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity at UConn was kicked off because of hazing and money embezzlement from it’s treasurer. In an effort to save their frat the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity unofficially merged with the Delta Tau Delta fraternity at UConn. Frats like Sigma Phi Epsilon and Alpha Sigma Phi refused to merge with the likes of Pi Kappa Phi. The UConn Delt Instagram page follows all the former Pi Kappa Phi brothers and even has some on their executive board. They also included them in their Flare app where they humiliate their pledges with odd tasks and jobs. The UConn Interfraternity Council (IFC) will be kicking off this fraternity for this reason so do not rush any frat calling themselves Delt, Pi Kapp, or DTD.
