When and why did theta outrank gamma phi?I remember gamma phi was second a couple of years ago?

Theta has always been above GPhi and if you've ever gone to UConn you'd know that... a lot of people even consider Theta top although a majority still think it's Aphi. But Gphi is never even in the debate for being top. a majority of gphi girls are just straight up crazy
