Not happening but anybody can troll. That is not how NPC expansion works anyway. And hate to tell ya but a particular set of national letters is not a specific identity for a particular chapter at a particular school.

it looks like pc's are smaller this year all the way around so maybe not

Tri delt needs to build membership. When they are as large as the other chapters then all the chapters will vote on expansion.
