The LA pipeline is much stronger at Pi Phi than Alpha Phi. It’s the more desirable house for LA/Orange County/SoCal girls.
Alpha Phi has LA girls but they were usually dropped from pi phi. Not dissing the house - just a fact that pi phi is very SoCal focused and has been for decades.

sounds like she did a lot of other houses a big favor. i'm calling it now-she will drop before she gets initiated. sororities have a lot of rules and she doesn't strike me as someone who wants to play by the rules lol. she might actually cause some problems for pi phi.

so the question is, how did she act at the lower tier houses? did she act differently at aphi and pi phi? this speaks volumes about her character.
