The LA pipeline is much stronger at Pi Phi than Alpha Phi. It’s the more desirable house for LA/Orange County/SoCal girls. Alpha Phi has LA girls but they were usually dropped from pi phi. Not dissing the house - just a fact that pi phi is very SoCal focused and has been for decades.
