Here is a summary of Pro’s and Con’s of houses from Tik Tok:
The "Top Tier" Sororities
These are generally considered the most sought-after and competitive.
Pi Beta Phi (Pi Phi) Often ranked #1. Known for a tight sisterhood, wealth, and beautiful facilities. They're very social and loved by many fraternities, but their house is a bit far from campus. Pros: Huge, beautiful house; strong sisterhood. Cons: Location.

Alpha Phi (A Phi) Highly social and seen as a top-tier party house. Members are often described as outgoing and "hot," and they have a massive social presence.
Pros: Extremely social; great location. Cons: Can be cliquey; some say sisterhood is less genuine.
Delta Gamma (DG) A mix of "smart and cute" girls. They have a "girl next door" feel, are well-respected, and get along with other houses. Their house is historic and cute but on the smaller side. Pros: Great location; decent sisterhood. Cons: Smaller, older house. |
The "Mid-Tier" Contenders
These are often praised for their genuine sisterhood and strong sense of community.
Chi Omega (Chi O) Cool, unique, and "natural" girls. They're more school-focused than the top tiers but still fun. They throw popular events, like a mini carnival in the fall. Pros: Fun events; beautiful location. Cons: Lost some of their past top-tier status.
Alpha Chi Omega (AXO) Ranked as a fast-rising mid-tier house. Members highlight its genuine sisterhood, a good mix of personalities, and a strong focus on academics and philanthropy. Pros: Top location; improving chapter. Cons: Can have internal issues; some social stereotypes.
Kappa Kappa Gamma (Kappa) A very social house that's obsessed with its image. They can be seen as "social climbers" who focus heavily on boys and parties. Pros: Stunning, huge house. Cons: Dues are high; sisterhood can be strained.
Theta Outdoorsy, smart, and chill. They're less "sorority-girl" stereotyped and have a strong sisterhood. Their location is a bit off the main "hill" but near campus. Pros: Great sisterhood; active in philanthropy. Cons: Location; less of a "reputation."

Yeah it’s pi phi propaganda bc of the the fact that it says they are #1, pi phi knows its a tie between them and aphi and they hate that.

Kappa literally called themselves “Amazing beautiful smart girls”
and other houses at CU “stoners", "granola butches", “easy", “fake", "back up houses", “weird" and/or “dumbos".
Now that’s genuine!

dg buys followers. KKG self ranks and puts down other houses. Theta is the only genuine one out of the three.
