What I noticed: Pi Phi & Kappa had a GREAT rush with amazing results and performances. Record breaking PCs and had SO many girls that had these as their top two!
AXO: Also had an amazing amazing rush! It seemed like many of my girls felt comfortable here and although it was a beautiful option, it felt safe and comfortable to them as well!
Aphi: I will say, I had some mixed reviews, many of my girls said they did rush fantastically, however, behind the scenes was a different story. I had multiple girls tell me that these girls were bid promising and dirty rushing just to drop them which truly upset me and hurt my heart. A lot of my girls also had issues with many of these girls being fake and about 1/3 of my girls that went aphi ended up dropping despite wanting to be in a sorority so badly and wishing they went with another option, don’t get me wrong the girls are beautiful and I think sweet deep down, but they have to be held accountable for the way that they rush, it is too artificial.
GPHI: SO many of my girls loved GPHI and ended up dropping “better” houses because their connections in GPHI were so strong! Truly did rush amazing!
Chi O: Again, have to be honest here, many of my girls had complaints about chi o this year, which I hadn’t heard much about in the past. Most of my girls g going through rush felt as though their rush process was artificial, hurried, and unauthentic making them feel as though they were just on a conveyor belt like a factory process rather than genuine human connection. My girls that did love chi o and ended up joining ended up being disappointed in the lack of events, date dashes, and involvement. The girls truly seem amazing but they also have rush techniques to work on.

No, it does say ‘ this is the ranking I put together working with over 50 PNM‘s’ So I’m still wondering why she ranked APhi second.

I think maybe this is the feedback girls gave her on houses and how they ranked houses during recruitment vs. her personal opinion? If a girl is bid promised a house and thinks she is guranteed a bid there, she might rank them higher?

Especially bc I know chi o has had tons of events this past year and I know that bc I’m in chi o 😭😭 and our rush wasn’t bad last fall either so it seems a bit inaccurate …. Kappas pc wasn’t bad by any means but not next to pi phi. Seems bias

usually aphi and kappa cross rush-not pi phi and kappa. i’m sure that kappa would love to be on par with pi phi but that is not reality in boulder.

I wouldn’t say that A Phi and Kappa cross rush. I think a lot of the girls that got dropped by A Phi may go Kappa? Also, Kappa is very expensive relative to other houses and some girls may not want to spend that kind of money to be in Kappa.

Why in the world would somebody pick a rush coach that is working with 50 pnm’s at one school? Rush coaching is not really necessary at cu, but if you do choose to use a coach, do your research. It’s a big investment and one that requires personalized attention and support during the recruitment process. This kind of coaching also requires a level of professionalism that can not be achieved by posting house ranks on a site like greekrank.

I don’t think she is saying that a phi deserves to be that high, it’s just how others perceive them. Frat boys rank them high, but they generally don’t get a lot of respect from other houses.
