Description of the three (in no particular order)

A phi- some in state girls/some cali, party girls, pretty, social media, renovated/very nice house, good philanthropy, brother frat is usually SNU or theta xi
Pi phi- mostly Cali and east coast girls, pretty, blonde, also known to like to go out, influencer/social media oriented type, brother frat is usually Sae or chi psi
Dg- geographic mix, good sisterhood, pretty, “wifey”, like to go out but maybe more dl, brother frat- sometimes theta xi or chi psi
