fall rush cycle

How is everyones experience?? its lowk been brutal so far. I got back pi phi axo and a phi (kinda random) but got dropped by dg. anybody else?

idk what I was expecting but me and my friends are juniors and almost every house dropped us so at least you still have a good amount left!!

GPA is a generally non-concern.
OOS have to have $$$ & required higher GPA to get in.
Pi Phi rich beautiful CA & mostly OOS do have good GPA $
Aphi wants only hot IG types who could have a 2.0 & get in.
I dropped kkg first boring as dirt so prob low IQ.. takes anybody.. Tri Delta was better
Kkgsame level as AXO & KAT & XO meh re:grades
Dg mid level at best. Told by Chi O they have ‘ins’ for tests. Theta is the only house that seemed to have brainiacs.

Unfortunately sophomores and juniors are at a disadvantage during rush. But remember you only need one house! Hang in there!

This is interesting. What do you think Chi O and DG houses grade GPA cutoffs are versus the others?

New to Rush - no one from those houses will share the minimum GPA online but chi o and dg are known to have the highest grade cut offs first round.

Or else dg & XO knew you were going to get into a top house like Pi Phi & A phi so they cut their loses, dropped you before you dropped them, & focused on the pnms they had a chance of keeping

I don’t think you should be worrying about GPA requirements. Rush is so subjective, you might get cut for saying the wrong thing, wearing the wrong thing, just your general demeanor might get you cut so worrying about GPA is the least of your worries.
At this point in the school year, you’re not gonna be able to raise your GPA much anyway so why worry?

this is a good point-you are going to get cut by houses with higher gpa requirments if you are boderline so why worry...

None of the sororities have much stricter GPA requirements than others. All will take a a 2.5-8 if she’s got everyone else.
