Tend to get cali girls on the nerdier side. Nothing wrong with that as they mix with phi psi who are also middle of the road. House is above average and usually get the same type of girls theta bids. A lot of girls that really want piphi and don't make it end up in kkg.

im a GDI, these are the only girls who are actually nice to me. every other girl who finds out im not in a sorority stops talking to me and thinks they are better. these girls are so sweet and are so fun to be around. i hate that people are saying they are saying they are a bottom tier because they definitely aren't

They have a pretty house, and seemingly relatively pretty girls at first glance. However, in reality many of the girls are disingenuous and entitled. They care far too much about appearances. They are "Daddy's Little Girls in Pearls" or whatever the shirt says. If they were more genuine and down to earth they would probably have more successful rushes.
