Is garnering a reputation of the “smart house” lmao. They’re wild. They have girls that all look different and aren’t all the kind of girls that like Pi Phi and DG recruit. Then again, I don’t think they really care about looks which is probably why they have better retention than some top houses, they do recruiting based off the personalities and grades fs.

as a guy g phi is one of ur best bets at cu along with theta and chi o. tbh all of the girls ik that went pi phi, a phi, kappa, dg end up hating it and dropping. g phis are everywhere in class, partying, i think its a wide array of personalities but they actually enjoy being g phis. it seems like they cut the superficial ones early on in rush so their pcs r actually nice girls. they're doing something right cuz g phi is one of the few houses where the girls aren't miserable

I know this is an issue with many sororities in Boulder, but Gamma Phi Beta has definitely prioritized numbers over quality in recruitment. With massive pledge classes and two consecutive years of COB, it seems like either nationals is pushing for growth or the chapter is struggling financially. It’s disappointing because they used to be known for having down to earth, relatable members, but now they’re becoming just another generic sorority that people drop after sophomore year. It’s a shame and definitely has hurt their identity
