I go to this house a decent amount, their spring and fall pledge classes were great last year. I always feel safe at there, I always stop here when i’m going out.

Been to sig chi a few times, the guys there are always so welcoming. I've never felt unsafe here and the guys always have a good time. On the rise for sure, not a top house yet though.

met some very friendly guys in this house but a lot of the guys were weird and oddly entitled. It's a smaller house and parties are meh. 5/10

This frat is is embarrassing. Daddy’s money, they have such bad attitudes and are very fake to each other there is always some drama going on and their house looks and feels like it’s about to collapse. I always give anything a chance but they have nothing good to offer it’s difficult to even have a conversation with any of them because they aren’t the smartest and have no personality.

the place is a hit or miss. the parties are small because they only have like 40 brothers. I wouldnt waste my time

So i went to their halloween party, it was great until i asked the dj to put slow music on and all of the brothers started grinding on each other. great brotherhood for sureee

best with school ifc, thats not saying much though. they are bottom mid, got a decent group of guys, but smaller house. parties are ok, hit or miss.

they only serve closed cans so you know you won’t get spiked here, my friends and I are all DG and Aphi so obviously we’re scared of that because of what we do with Pike. the guys are hot and actually have personalities.
