Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.2 Was always a top tier fraternity but has had some struggles in the past year or so. Looks like they will be back next year and part of the top 3 at CU. With a house like that and a 5 year lease there is no way they won't be raging next semester. Also, with Pi Kapp losing their house to Theta Xi the Sigma Pis will own the top of the hill. I expect good things from these guys.

Was always a top tier fraternity but has had some struggles in the past year or so. Looks like they will be back next year and part of the top 3 at CU. With a house like that and a 5 year lease there is no way they won't be raging next semester. Also, with Pi Kapp losing their house to Theta Xi the Sigma Pis will own the top of the hill. I expect good things from these guys.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.4 They've had their struggles over the past year but managed to keep the house and signed a lease for 5 years, and even thou they are not part of the IFC they managed to get a pretty strong class of 24 this spring. it all depends on how everything goes next fall but they should be back strong. Honest ranking from another fraternity member. I think they are up to 60 members now

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 2.0 Used to be a powerhouse, but they're kicked out now. They had their own little rush even though they're not in IFC, but they're the lowest of the low now. Only a handful of members left and whole rush class of 5 kids sucked

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.0 I really dont get all the hate on this page. I know a lot of these guys and some of them are my favvvv people in boulder. I guess everyone is going to keep fighting over houses and hating the fraternities that get to live in them

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.0 Still a better fraternity than sig nu and all the other middle tier frats. Used to be top tier but got kicked out of the ifc. They have a lot of good looking guys, but they dont do much since theyve been on probation forever. Overall nice house and mostly hot guys, but they need to get involved in the greek community before they can achieve top tier status again.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 1.0 tried to have a large spring rush even though they arent in IFC and almost everyone i know chose a house involved with IFC. They do have their mansion for 5 more years but its basically just a drinking hut now
