I’m in a top house that mixes with them. Sadly they have kind of been on the decline. Last pc was pretty bad. The actual house is great, but the daddy’s money thing has gotten old. Sorry, boys.

Do not let their house decieve you. these guys are genuinely the worst fraternity on campus and if they didn't have the oldest frat house on campus they would most definitely be the worst frat at boulder. Guys are weird as hell and most girls don't even like it there. pledge classes are full of squids with big egos.

Honestly such an overrated house. The parties are never that great and all the guys care about is how mich money you have. I dont doubt you will have good connections joining the frat but if your looking for genuinely good people this is not the place.

The brothers are amazing and respectful. The house is very spacious and is always clean. Overall great people that throw dope ass parties.
