By far the best complex at this school. Also some of the worst/creepiest parties. Imagine what a pikapp, sae, sig pi, kappa sig would do with that place. Now they are on probation, but they never had any parties before so nothing has changed and nothing will change when they get off of probation. You guys don't deserve that setup, its a waste.

Not top tier. Period. If your rich enough to go to CU, but want to elevate your economic social standard, join Sig Nu. They have the nicest stuff but are all entitled pieces of crap! The richest fraternity in the nation with the most expensive dues, these dudes will drop whatever amount of money necessary to have a fun party, but the quality of men is sub-par! Can't even have a convo with one dude without him telling me about how he lives next door to Katy Perry, or that he drives a luxury car!
