Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 1.0 Not trying to hate but after rushing here I've got no clue why these guys are a "top house". The only thing the brothers could say was "we have the best house and throw the best party. We're a top house.". A lot of the other houses in Boulder have pretty sick houses and throw just as good of parties. The only difference between the K Sigs and every other frat bro in Boulder is the K Sigs egos are so high they feel like they can act straight up weird around chicks (asking to HU in front of them) and that nobody normal genuinely likes them. The only girls I've ever heard say they loved it there were complete bimbos. Again no hate, but something just needed to be said cause the current house is sad reflection on what K Sig was in the mid 2010's.

Guys aren’t really all that cool and just throw meh parties every now and then. Definitely the most overrated house at boulder and honestly probably low tier
