Would put them at 1B tier, behind SAE, Pike, Delt, Sigma Chi. It seems like they always view themselves in the 1A group, but I just dont get it. Socially they are nowhere near the other large chapters.

Would put them at 4 or 5. SAE, Pike, Delt all do something better though. Pike - all around, SAE - UC golden child, Delt - parties/tailgates. Sigma Chi/Beta you could flip depending on what you are looking for.

Good house. Met a lot of guys last year at a party we had with them. All seem like cool dudes and they're nasty at basketball

Beta is a top 5 frat on this campus. It sucks that their house is dry, or else they’d be top 3 without a doubt. I’ve been to multiple parties and I’ve never had a bad time, they’re all so respectful to women, and I heard theyve actually kicked people out that aren’t. One of my friends blacked out at one of their annex parties (her fault) , and one of their brothers made her a sandwich, brought her water and called an uber back to our dorm ON HIS PHONE. I can’t say enough nice things about this frat.

“Every Girl Likes a Beta To Tuck Her In At Night.” Rep Goes Without Saying. These boys are top dogs on campus. Not middle. Top. The sororities come to them, not the other way around
