KA has kind of continued to fall off slowly Phi Psi and ATO have both gotten much better in the last year. Personally I wouldnt rush anything lower then this list/ honestly wouldnt rush anything lower then pike

yea phi psi is extremely over-saturated with random guys, they over-bid every year to try to recover from their debt, but end up bidding weirdos in doing so. some cool guys for sure, but a bid from phi psi doesn’t mean anything unfortunately.
