Every other top frat is threatened by Pikapp right now. They have been improving every semester and are starting to disrupt the top tier. They have the best brotherhood and are the nicest guys on campus

These kids are always on this site bumping their stuff, self ranking. Yes they might be on the rise but they ain’t their and they obviously think they are they aren’t and grow up with talking about other frats on campus.

As a guy, this is a perfect frat for any guy that wants to drink heavily. That's what they are known for. I wouldn't say they are a bad time, they just aren't top tier in any sense. They are all nice guys.

Honest opinion of Pi Kapp is they’ve definitely risen to the top tier. They have great parties, pretty cool guys. But they still don’t pull the girls in SDT and Deeph that Sig Ep and SAE do. Pi Kapp’s best sorority relation is with Zeta. They have solid guys, but don’t have pledge classes as good as Sig Ep and SAE. They definitely have passed Sig Chi but they clearly have a big presence on this site that tries to prop them up higher than they really are. Their upcoming seniors are dope, upcoming juniors solid, and have decent upcoming sophs, but they aren’t close to top house yet.
