Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 3.2 They are a really solid frat but solid doesn't make you top tier. they compete for the same kids as SAE but who would want to do them when SAE has the nicer house and the better rep as of now? took a good pledge class for them but 35 guys really? seems a bit desperate. Definitely won't help the brotherhood aspect. pledging is supposed to make you best friends with your pledge bros and how are you gonna do that with 35 guys. don't try and pull a sigchi move, you can't compete.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 4.6 Their 1201 party was pure insanity, even with the cops breaking it up. I atleast feel safe when the guys blackout here. Pikapp is rising :)

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 2.8 Top three frats will remain the only top tier for at least the next few years (including Pike). There's nothing wrong with being middle tier. Pi Kapp is a good fraternity, but it's not top tier.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 4.0 Probably one of the best pledge classes that I have seen. Lots of cute pledges and they all seem to be nice (which is refreshing). Top tier but not quite level with Sigma Chi and SAE. Definitely on the rise.
