Important things to realize about recruitment:

All houses have pretty girls
All houses have awkward girls
All houses have active, involved girls
All houses have shy girls
All houses have nice girls
All houses have less than nice girls

Find the people you like. Ignore the stupid “in state only” nonsense. Houses that only take in state girls can’t sustain that given admission trends.

Nationally strong sororities are a good option since this is for more than just the next 4 years. But it is most important to be around people you like and that like you.

Ignore lists. They are always posted with an agenda. Usually by people trying to put some houses down to raise their own profile.
