Every pnm during rush tries to drop this house, but can't because they literally ask EVERYONE back. A lot of people would rather drop then stay and get a bid from theta. They need to stop self-ranking, nobody considers them a top house.

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.4 Their newer PCs have definitely improved & so has their retention rate. I also see them out & about at other events and the ones I’ve met have all been very sweet. I think they could easily move up the ranks quite a bit if they keep it up

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.4 i was pnm a while back and I went to the bathroom obvi and as i walk in im greeted with a smelly smell and there was a used tampon on the floor and it was covered in a yellow substance and it smelled really bad whilst it was mixed in with cloud perfume. love them!
