Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.1 Imo this chapter does not deserve an ounce of the hate it gets. They have the biggest physical srat house, a great retention rate (2nd most members) which means the sisterhood is clearly pretty darn strong, had the only joint philo with a frat (until sig chi got kicked off campus this year lmao), and every one I’ve met has been nothing but friendly & involved. Am I missing something bc what are you guys genuinely basing tiers on? What frats think? Like come on guys what happened to de-centering men??

Imo this chapter does not deserve an ounce of the hate it gets. Every pnm during rush tries to drop this house, but can't because they literally ask EVERYONE back. A lot of people would rather drop then stay and get a bid from theta. They need to stop self-ranking, nobody considers them a top house.
