Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.0 You need to take what people say on this right with a grain of salt no sig ep, sigma chi or delta sig has claimed they are top house. it can just be trolls. let's not take this site too seriously. i mean u see theta chi's page with trolls saying they are the best. it could very well not be them self rating. we can't just assume. don't let people's post change any opinons. people can also be pretending to be other houses or making it seem like self rate. basically this site is BS. let's all just make love and down with the geeds!

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.3 Half the guys, as seen below, have really bad alpha male complexity or they think they're cooler than they actual are. Although they have the POTENTIAL to be (a) top house, they walk around like they already own the title. Granted they did move into a new house and many top houses are falling, they aren't a top house yet. It reminds me a lot of Sigma Chi as they're the same way too, but I thought Sig Ep was better than that.. The other half of guys are really down to earth and friendly and are the reason why people like Sig Ep. Obviously, people don't/won't associate Sig Ep with those guys if they're on Greekrank since they'll only see the worse half who claim to be top house all over this website.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 5.0 One of my favorite fellow Greek houses on campus. The guys are chill and social, yet still seem to get good grades and get way involved. I'm friends with a good few of them and have been shown nothing but respect and hospitality every time I hang out with them at their house. Overall solid in every aspect, glad to see them rise to the top.

One of my favorite fellow Greek houses on campus. The guys are chill and social, yet still seem to get good grades and get way involved. I'm friends with a good few of them and have been shown nothing but respect and hospitality every time I hang out with them at their house. Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.3 Huge group of guys that you wouldn't even expect to know each other let alone be brothers. These guys are super diverse yet they have one of the greatest brotherhoods out of all the frats I've seen. Brotherhood really does mean a lot to these guys. They are well rounded. You'll either find them partying or studying. I don't think they know how to do anything else. They get stuff done, and then party equally as hard.

They aren't typical frat stars, they do some awesome stuff and are moving houses, and they are actually easy to get along with. I'm looking forward to seeing how they do next year, I bet they can have a 20 man rush class if they want, but I doubt they want that expansion. Good luck guys.

Reluctantly, I can't hate on these guys. They aren't typical frat stars, they do some awesome stuff and are moving houses, and they are actually easy to get along with.
