The house and Brothers are extremely nice and helpful, they love meeting new people and having a good time. The front half of their house was recently renovated but their yard still needs some work. In general they are great guys even though they are "one of the top" fraternities on campus. They just like to do their own thing and don't worry too much about what others think of them.Good guys as a whole.
