Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 5.0 Very real and has a huge impact in campus. Donates thousands of dollars a year to charities and supports the community. Throws great parties too with good security and meshes of people

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.0 As someone who has been around Davis Greek Life from a freshman to now a senior, this is not a house I would have wanted to join. 3 or 4 years ago they had all the upward momentum in the world alongside Sigep and Sigma Chi to name a few. It seemed as if these three houses would be the next big thing with SAE getting kicked off, Pike not having a house, and Dsig losing theirs. Two of the three houses are objectively highly ranked, but AEPi has dudes who I would mistake for someone in Theta Chi.
