Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.8 they throw amazing parties and really fun exchanges. Not all of the guys are cute but they're all really friendly and they know how to be respectful. I always feel safe at they're house during exchanges and parties. The brothers are really close to one another and you really see that at exchanges.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.8 Around 80 or so members, they have a very large house which can be dirty at times but still very good for parties. The guys are pretty chill. Work on fixing the house and become more active in the community would be what I recommend. Still a great fraternity and deserves a strong rank.
